9. Commercial communications by electronic means
ICER BRAKES informs you that it complies with Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and does not engage in SPAM practices. Therefore, it will request your consent to process your email address or mobile phone number for commercial purposes at all times.
10. Privacy policy update
ICER BRAKES reserves the right to modify its privacy policy or terms of use of its services for reasons of adaptation to current legislation, or other reasons.
